The stairs up to the space land in the middle, splitting the loft into two large open areas, with two conference rooms and two private rooms around them. Restaurants are right next door, and the Caltrain is a one minute walk.

01 · The main loft

One open floor, split naturally in two

The stairs land in the middle of the loft, dividing the main space into two large areas without walls or doors between them. Sight lines stay open across the whole floor. One half is set up to gather: comfortable furniture, a pool table, and a ping pong table make it the natural spot for guests to land, grab a drink, and settle in. Move things around or clear it out entirely. It's still a blank canvas underneath.

02 · The other half

A natural extension, wide open

Cross the stairs and the loft opens back up into its second half, left more open and unfurnished. It's an easy fit for an executive dinner, seating two or three large round tables while the first half stays free for drinks and mingling before and after. Just as easily, it extends the first half into one continuous room for a bigger crowd.

03 · Two conference rooms

Meeting ready, or wide open

Each conference room comes with a table that seats eight comfortably and a large TV for presentations. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light when you want it, and full blinds give you privacy when you don't. Not running a meeting? Pull the table out and you've got an empty room to work with.

How much does it cost?

Bookings start at $250/hr, and we offer half-day and full-day rates. Pricing depends on the day, timing, and type of event, so send us an inquiry and we'll give you an exact quote.

Can we bring our own catering?

Yes, outside catering is welcome, and there are plenty of options within a few blocks. Catering warmers, coffee service, and simple plug-in food equipment can be arranged if you check with us first.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, for private guest-list events, as long as you clear it with us first. We don't allow alcohol sales, cash bars, or public alcohol service.

What A/V is available?

Large TVs for presentations and screen sharing, plus a wired Sonos system for music. We ask that volume stays reasonable for the neighbors, and DJs or amplified sound need advance approval.

Can we host a public or ticketed event?

Events here are private and guest-list based by default. If you have a public or ticketed event in mind, mention it in your inquiry and we can talk it through.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately no. The loft is on the second floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, so guests and vendors need to be able to use stairs.

Where do guests park?

There's lots of parking nearby, and the Redwood City Caltrain station is a one minute walk, which works well for guests coming from San Francisco or San José.
