The space
810 Hamilton is a second-floor loft in downtown Redwood City that gets great natural light all day. There's one big open room for the main event and four private rooms for everything around it. Restaurants, coffee, and catering are all within a couple blocks.
01 · The main loft
This is where most of your event happens: presentations, catered meals, group discussions, shoots, games. There's comfortable seating everywhere, large TVs for screen sharing, wired Sonos audio, a pool table, and a ping pong table. The room naturally splits into a few zones, so people can lounge, work, or peel off into smaller conversations.
02 · Two large private rooms
Use them for breakout sessions, interviews, green rooms, or smaller meetings that run alongside the main event. Both rooms come furnished.
03 · Two focus rooms
Two small rooms for phone calls, one-on-ones, quiet work, or prep space while the event runs out front.

810 Hamilton St is right in the middle of downtown Redwood City, about halfway between San Francisco and San José and a short walk from the Redwood City Caltrain station. For anyone coming from either end of the Peninsula, it's an easy trip.
Downtown's restaurants, coffee shops, and caterers are all close by, which makes food easy whether you're bringing it in or heading out after. There are public parking garages and street parking within a couple blocks.

Yes, outside catering is welcome, and there are plenty of options within a few blocks. Catering warmers, coffee service, and simple plug-in food equipment can be arranged if you check with us first.
Yes, for private guest-list events, as long as you clear it with us first. We don't allow alcohol sales, cash bars, or public alcohol service.
Large TVs for presentations and screen sharing, plus a wired Sonos system for music. We ask that volume stays reasonable for the neighbors, and DJs or amplified sound need advance approval.
Events here are private and guest-list based by default. If you have a public or ticketed event in mind, mention it in your inquiry and we can talk it through.
Unfortunately no. The loft is on the second floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, so guests and vendors need to be able to use stairs.
There are public parking garages and street parking within a short walk. The Redwood City Caltrain station is also close, which works well for guests coming from San Francisco or San José.
